Pilates

Sculpt and energise with ballet-inspired conditioning that blends endurance, grace, and strength in a boutique studio setting.

Founded by Ping Yang — PAI Master Trainer and GYROTONIC® instructor.
Ping opened in2Movement with one intention: to build the kind of studio she always believed should exist — calm, focused, and uncompromising in the quality of teaching.
Over twenty years of movement practice across Asia and Europe, trained in Singapore and with Pilates Academy International in New York. One of the few certified GYROTONIC® instructors in Malta, and still personally teaching private sessions, small groups, and every Teacher Training cohort the studio runs.

Every new practitioner at in2Movement starts with a three-session Induction. We assess, we teach, we prepare you for group — so when you step into a class, you already know the method.
Welcome conversation
Book your introduction online or by phone. We'll learn what brought you in, any injuries or goals, and match you with the right instructor for your starting point.
Private Session 1
Assessment. Movement patterns, breath, posture, alignment. We introduce the Reformer and begin the fundamentals of the method.
Private Session 2
Deepen the foundations. Core principles applied, more of the apparatus introduced, your questions answered.
Private Session 3
Integration. You're ready for group — and you leave this session knowing the vocabulary, the cues, and how your body responds.
Join group classes
From here, group classes are fully available. Your instructor still checks in, and privates remain available whenever you want to go deeper.
This is exactly the kind of class I love attending! The environment is calm and welcoming, and the tutors are not only professional but also truly pleasant to work out with. Classes are kept small (maximum of five people per session due to the machines), which is fantastic — it always feels almost like a one-on-one experience. The instructors are attentive and quick to correct your form, ensuring you get the most out of each exercise. It's such a friendly and positive space, and my experience with Eli and Ping has been wonderful. I genuinely look forward to continuing my Pilates journey with in2Pilates. Highly recommended!
